MAPIC online community : LOGIN ISSUES
- How do I access MAPIC online community ?
If you are not registered for MAPIC 2009 yet: Browse through the "public" part of MAPIC Online Community and get a glimpse of who is attending!
If you are already registered for MAPIC 2009: You can access full contact, company and product details of the entire MAPIC community via MAPIC Online Community. Simply enter your personal login and password (provided upon registration) in the top right-hand corner of www.mapic.net.
- I can't find or haven't received my password. What should I do?
You should have received your personal login and password (provided upon registration for MAPIC) by email.
If you haven't received it, please click on the "Forgot password?" link in the login area; your password will be sent to you by email. Please note that the personal login and password is a series of numbers which cannot be changed: you must therefore keep it carefully.
- I still can't access the Database
If none of the above works, please contact the Customer Service Help Desk.

- I can't find my company in MAPIC online community.
Make sure that your search terms fit with the overall company activity you have already specified on your registration contract.
- My company/delegate details are wrong. How can I change them?
Contact the registration dept.
- How can I get a list of all registered delegates?
Use the Participant search engine and do not enter specific criterias, just click on "Find Participants".
- I can't find any results for my search.
The more criteria you select in your search request, the less results you will get. Try defining less criteria in order to get a wider field of results.
- How long will I get access to MAPIC Online Community?
Your access to MAPIC Online Community is valid until the next event (approximately one year).
MAPIC Online Community: COMPANY, PERSONAL & PRODUCT PROFILES
- What is my company profile?
A part of your company's database entry which allows you to explain in detail your company's activities. You can also display your company logo. We highly recommend you provide as many details as possible in your company profile, as this will optimise your chances of being found by your future partners. Click onto "MY MAPIC", then "My company & products" then "Edit my company profile". Simply fill in the required fields.
- How can I change my company profile?
Once you have logged into MAPIC Online Community just click on "My MAPIC" then "My company & products"in the navigation menu.
- What is my personal profile?
This is your chance to present yourself at MAPIC. You can include a photo.
- What are my Real Estate product profiles?
These are individual files that you can use to showcase your real estate products.
- I get an error message each time I try to fill in my product profile.
Make sure that you have closely followed the Technical Specifications: Image files should not exceed 100 Ko (JPEG or GIF format files). You can also upload up to three Videos (max 5Mb) or Document
